Select the font(s) and choose the number of licences you want to purchase. Proceed to the next step or generate a link for your client. In the next step, fill in your invoice details and choose who is going to be the licensee of the purchased fonts. It may be you or your client. You have to agree to our EULA and these Terms and Conditions to proceed to the payment. You will be redirected to our partner's payment gate, where you are asked to enter the payment information. Once you paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to compressed .zip file with your purchased fonts, an invoice and EULA. Should you have any problems downloading or uncompressing the font files please contact us.
All payments are realized via our partner. You can pay using a credit/debit card or ApplePay. Currently, we do not support any other payment methods such are bank transfers or PayPal.
Every customer is charged 21% VAT. The exceptions are European business entities with valid VAT ID. These ID can be provided during the order process and are validated using VIES. In such a case, the customer is charged 0% VAT and is required to declare and pay the associated value-added tax (the so-called ‘reverse charge’ procedure) in their country.
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days provided the Fonts have not been downloaded. If they have been downloaded no refund can be made.
The Fonts and related documentation are provided on “AS IS” basis. The Supplier warrants that the Fonts will function as promised on the Supplier's website for thirty days after the purchase. If you prove the Fonts are not functioning according to the promise, the Supplier is entitled to cure the shortcoming. Except as noted herein, thirty days after the purchase the Fonts are without warranty of any kind and the Supplier and its affiliated companies hereby expressly disclaim all warranties expressed and implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or special damages, or implied warranties. Only where applicable by law any implied warranty or condition created by law is only effective for a thirty-day warranty period. There are no warranties or conditions of any kind after the thirty-day warranty period. The exclusions noted above may not apply to you. Otherwise, and to the extent permissible by law, you agree that all implied warranties are not effective for more than thirty days.
The Supplier is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. Using the Fonts is on your own risk.
We do not store any financial or credit card information on our servers as the whole payment process is realized via our partner on an external website. We do not sell information about our customers to others. Your customer information is stored for the sole purpose of managing your purchases and licences. We collect your name and email address to keep you posted about updates of your purchases, new font releases, upcoming events and other announcements.
This website uses cookies (small files downloaded to your browser) in order to provide you with a seamless browsing experience and a smooth checkout process. Cookies may also be used by third-party tools installed on this web. In order to collect anonymised data on customer behaviour, we use Google Analytics, which utilises cookies as well. We respect your privacy and will never use cookies to identify you or to save private data. You can always delete cookies uploaded to your computer or control how your browser uses them. That may, however, prevent you from using some parts of this website.
The Supplier retains the right to modify, update, improve the contents of the website at any time. The Supplier does not warrant the correctness of information provided on the website and will not be liable for any failure to update such information.
The information and materials made available through the website are and shall remain the property of the Supplier, his subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or rights and laws.
You may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, post, transmit, rent, lease, modify, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based (whether in whole or in part) of, the website or any information from this website, in whole or in part, without the express prior written authorisation of the Supplier. The trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of the Supplier or other third parties.
